EDA cannot find any
Bluetooth devices

When trying to
connect a Bluetooth
phone and EDA, the
phone thinks a
previously paired
EDA is used.
Cause
Scanning
Load a scanning application on the EDA. See the system
application is not
administrator.

Ensure the symbol is not defaced.
