What to test:
•
Press icon to start and stop test.
•
The stepping motors move into their zero positions (pinning
positions).
•
Use 4mm pinning tool to check the pinning positions.
•
Test done! appears.
•
Test failed! appears if an error occurred.
•
Press ESC to exit the test.
Repairing note:
•
For replacing refer to respective stepping motor.
4f Stitches per minute (SPM) calibration:
Important:
Before a machine can be calibrated, it is first of all necessary that the
machine has reached its running temperature. To achieve the temperature
the machine must have reached room temperature and should then be run at
a middle speed (without thread) for 5 minutes.
What to test:
•
Connect foot control and actuate. Keep pressed until machine stops
on own accord.
•
Test done! appears.
•
Test failed! appears if an error occurred.
Note:
•
Power in Watt is displayed in the left field.
The average value on CB machines (a-630) is 41 Watts, but mustn't be higher than 45
Watts.
The average value on RH machines (a-640) is 38 Watts, but mustn't be higher than 42
Watts.
•
The S.P.M. adjustment factor is displayed in the middle field.
•
The number of stitches per minute (SPM) is displayed in the right field.
Repairing note:
•
The Wattage (max. 43W) gives an indication on the smoothness of the machine. The higher the
value the stiffer the driving and vice versa.
•
Ensure smooth running of the machine – mechanical ease of movement. Check drive belt
tensions. Check main and base shaft bearing, needle bar belt tensioner, thread take-up crank and
hook system for ease of movement.
•
Check the cables for deformation, tears or breaks. Replace if necessary.
•
Replace L-Print.
•
Replace drive motor.
•
Replace P-Print.
