3n Positioning PCB (P-Print):
What to test:
•
Set needle bar to lower dead center = 0°.
•
The bar display of the signals 3, 4 and 5 lights up in green.
•
Turn hand wheel and compare these positions and signals with the
chart.
Note:
•
Lower dead center of needle bar equals 0°.
•
Upper dead center of needle bar equals
180°.
Repairing note:
•
Clean P-Print light barriers.
•
Check the cable for deformation, tears or
breaks. Replace if necessary.
•
Replace P-Print.
•
Replace S-Print.
Note:
•
Press ESC.
•
Use the hand symbol
•

3n Mechanical fine-adjusting of P-Print:
What to test:
•
Balance piece in pinning position (loop lift).
•
Select test 3n in service program.
•
Signal 3 just stopped to light.
•
Signal 4 starts to light.
What to adjust:
•
Rough-adjusting of synchronizing disc (p. 58).
•
Remove synchronizing disc screw (77a).
•
Pin balance piece (loop lift).
•
Turn synchronizing disc until light signal 3 stops and
light signal 4 lightens up (27.5°).
•
Tighten screw (77a).
Note:
•
Press ESC.
