MOTION DETECTION

Main menu → :OTHERS: menu
→ :MOTION DETECTION: menu
The detection mode can be set:
ACTION can be set to ON or OFF.
The motion detection range can be set
with the MOTION AREA SETUP item.
In this setup item, up to four areas are
available for motion detection and each
area is identified by color, namely area 1
is red, area 2 is blue, area 3 is yellow, and
area 4 is green. The status ON or OFF can
be chosen for each area detection.
The LEVEL item can be set to HIGH,
MID or LOW. The LEVEL determines
the threshold level of motion detection,
so that LOW has the strongest sensitivity.
The INTERVAL TIME item can be set
between 1 sec and 120 sec.
The area indication stays on blinking for
interval time after the first motion
detection, and later detections will be
ignored in the term of interval time.

Press "95," and then hold the
PRESET key for 3 seconds to enter
the main menu screen.

Highlight :OTHERS:, and then press
the OPEN key to enter the :OTHERS:
menu.

Highlight :MOTION DETECTION:,
and then press the OPEN key to enter.

Move the joystick up/down to choose
the desired item, and press the OPEN
key to confirm, or press CLOSE to
cancel selection.

Press the OPEN key to confirm, or
press CLOSE to cancel selection and
exit from the menu screen.
Set the Motion Area Setup

Press "95," and then hold the
PRESET key for 3 seconds to enter
the main menu screen.

Highlight :OTHERS:, and then press
the OPEN key to enter the :OTHERS:
menu.

Highlight :MOTION DETECTION:,
and then press the OPEN key to enter.

Move the joystick up/down to choose
:MOTION AREA SETUP:, and press
the OPEN key to confirm, or press
CLOSE to cancel selection and exit.

The screen displays MOTION AREA
1 and the status blinking. Move left/
right to select the number of MOTION
AREA, and move up/down to set ON
or OFF for status of it.

Press the OPEN key to confirm, or
press CLOSE to cancel selection and
exit. (In the following setup
procedure, it is same operation to
confirm or cancel.)

After confirmation of the ON status,
the screen displays START
POSITION blinking.
Move the joystick up/down/left/right
to define the left top position of the
motion area.
