Cooling Fan (in Controller Module)
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Unplug the printer AC power plug from its electrical outlet.
3. Open the lower front cover (page 4–6).
4. Remove the controller module side cover (page 4–103).
5. Disconnect the fan power cable connector and remove the cable tie wrap (not
shown).
6. Remove the screws and washers (2 each) securing the fan.
7. Lift the cooling fan out of the controller module.
8. To install the fan, reverse the above steps.
