The Parallel FTP Client configuration options are in two distinct stanzas of the HPSS.conf file
(Section 3.7.1.1: PFTP Client Stanza on page 163, and Section 3.7.1.2: PFTP Client Interfaces Stanza on
page 165).

Abbreviated Description
PFTP Client = {
Reserved Stanza specifier.
Must be terminated with a matching "}"
Default COS = <value>
E.g. Default COS = 99
Optional SubStanza specifying the default Class of Service if not
explicitly specified by the user. Use with caution – standard
procedure is to allow the Bitfile Server to determine the optimal
COS!
Protocol = <value>
E.g. Protocol = PDATA_ONLY
Optional SubStanza specifying the default protocol. May
contain
either of the two protocols supported, PDATA_AND_MOVER
or
PDATA_ONLY. The default is PDATA_AND_MOVER.
Auto Parallel Size = <value>
E.g. Auto Parallel Size = 4MB
Optional SubStanza specifying the minimum file size to start
using
the "auto-parallel" features of the PFTP Client.
May be specified as a decimal number or "xMB" style notation.
PortRange = <value>
E.g. PortRange = ncadg_ip_tcp[10100-12100]
Optional SubStanza specifying the TCP port range to use
between
the PFTP Client and the Mover(s). This may be necessary when
Port Range Filters are used for Security.
