MILLIVOLT BOARD INSTALLATION:
NOTE: The millivolt board is fitted with a gasket to seal the millivolt board. Make certain this gasket is properly placed around the opening
before installing the millivolt board. If the gasket is damaged, a replacement one must be used.
1. Grasp the board with both hands and place inside the firebox, aligning the (7) mounting holes in the board to the corresponding holes
in the bottom of the firebox. Secure with the (7) screws previously removed. Refer to Figure 21B.
2. Re-install the burner assembly, ensuring the burner venturi is properly positioned over the burner orifice.
3. Secure the burner assembly at the back with the screw previously removed.
4. Re-install the pilot shield.
5. Re-install the ember refractory and logs. Refer to page #16 for proper placement if necessary.
6. Re-connect the flexible gas line to the manual shut-off valve.
7. Re-connect any wall switch, remote control or thermostat wires onto the top & bottom terminals on the gas valve.
8. Re-install the glass assembly.
9. Check all connections for gas leaks, whether field or factory made.
10. Verify proper operation of the fireplace & log position. Refer to the lighting instructions in this manual.
11. Re-install the full door face. Refer to page #18 for additional information if necessary.
IMPORTANT: CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS, WHETHER FIELD OR FACTORY MADE, FOR LEAKS!
