HEART RATE doesn't match your fitness level, you are able to use the
DOWN
button to adjust your HIGH TARGET HEART RATE (70 ~ 180 BPM
(BEATS PER MINUTE; in 1 BPM INCREMENT). NOTE: The HIGH TARGET
HEART RATE must be at least 10 beats per minute higher than the LOW
TARGET HEART RATE in order to make this program functional. Make sure
that the setting value of HIGH TARGET HEART RATE is obtainable according to your current fitness level as
the console will monitor your actual heart rate comparing with HIGH TARGET HEART RATE and automatically
adjust the resistance level.
