SDRAM

Two SDRAM chips, soldered to the card, supply 32 Mbytes of synchronous, dynamic,
random-access memory. This SDRAM maps to the Intel
nSDCS0. For more information, refer to the Memory Controller chapter in the Intel
Processor Family Developer's Manual.

Flash Memory

32 Mbytes of the Intel StrataFlash
