Air in system.
Resistivity cell not connected to

Improper feed water (unit being fed
pretreated water).
RO feed cell not connected to con-
trol board.
Feed cell fouled or out of tolerance.
Check cell tolerance.
RO product cell not connected to
control board.
Product cell fouled or out of toler-
ance.
Check cell tolerance.
RO membranes are fouled.
RO cell connections to control
board are unplugged.
RO cells are fouled or out of toler-
ance.
Check cell tolerance.
No inlet water supply.
Inlet solenoid not connected to
board or connected improperly.
Inlet solenoid not functioning.

Action
Allow system to recirculate to purge
air and look for possible suction
leak.
Check resistivity cell lead connec-
tions on control board.
Replace resistivity cell (E1403X6).
Ensure that reading on tag agrees
with reading in software.
Check RTD connection.
Replace RTD (RSX432).
Check feed water temperature.
Replace control board (PC1403X3).
Ensure that reading on tag agrees
with reading in software.
Analyze feed water - check that sys-
tem is being used for correct applica-
tion.
Check connection of feed cell.
Replace RO feed cell (E1403X7).
Ensure that reading on tag agrees
with reading in software.
Check connection of product cell.
Replace RO product cell
(E1403X7).
Ensure that reading on tag agrees
with reading in software.
Replace RO membrane(s)
(FL1265X1).
Check connections.
Replace RO cells (E1403X7).
Ensure that reading on tag agrees
with reading in software.
Check inlet water connection.
Ensure feed water is turned on.
Check connection.
Replace inlet solenoid (RY1265X2).
Replace regulator (PM1403X1).
