Performs layout settings of the printer.

The method to open the Printing Preference window depends on OS. Refer to "About properties
window" on page 7-3 about how to open the Printing Preference window.
Combination
Prints multiple pages onto a single sheet of the paper. The page that has been allocated is reduced for "N in
1" and enraged for "N x N" against the document.
