Enhanced Security
By turning ON the [Enhanced Security], you can enter nothing anymore to the password input field for the
following functions so that the password cannot be transmitted from the printer driver to the printing system
through the network:
- Secure Print (page 9-23)
- User Authentication/Account Track (page 9-25)
To print using these functions, you should enter the password on the control panel of the copier after
transmitting the print data. Refer to "User's Guide (Security)" for more information.

Select when you access as Public user to the image controller.
Select when you access as Registered user to the image controller.
Enter the Registered User Name when the [Recipient User] is selected.
Enter the Registered Password when the [Recipient User] is selected.
Function
Enter the Department Name.
Enter the password.
