PCL printer driver setting (Windows)
To import the setting file
Setting file can be imported by the following method:

Click [Edit] of the Favorite Setting.

Click [Import], select the [Favorite Settings] file (extension: KFS) that you want to import, and then click
[Open].
To export the setting file
Setting file can be exported by the following method:

Click [Edit] of the Favorite Setting.

Select a file set from the list that you want to export, click [Export], specify a location into which the file
is saved, and then click [Save] (extension: KFS).
To delete the setting file
Setting file can be deleted by the following method:

Click [Edit] of the Favorite Setting.

Select the file to delete from the list, click [Delete].
3
Click [Yes].
