To back up or restore CPU settings using an SD card:
1.
Check to be sure the SD card is in the card slot.
2.
Plug one end of a null modem serial cable into the Control port (DB-9) on the enclosure.
3.
Plug the other end of the serial cable into the serial port on the PC.
4.
Open DGX Configuration Software (or another terminal emulation program).
5.
Select the Terminal tab.

Set the COM port and baud rate (the default baud rate for the Enova DGX is 9600).
7.
Click Connect.*
8.
Enter ~sysb! (back up settings).
Or
Enter ~sysr! (restore settings).
9.
Click Send.
* When done in the Terminal view, be sure to click the Disconnect button.
