Add NTP server
SYNTAX:
sntp add
where:
addr
name
version

[addr = <ip-address]>
[name = <string]>
[version = <number{1-4}]>
IP address of NTP server to be added to list
DNS name of NTP server to be added to list.
If both the IP address and the DNS name are
provided, the IP address is ignored.
SNTP version of server (1,2,3 or 4)
