Use this command to set the owner for a specific policy list.
The syntax for this command is:
ip access-list-owner <policy-list-number> <owner>
<policy-list-number>

Router-1> ip access-list-owner 101 admin

ip address

User level: read-write, admin.
You can only access this command in interface mode.
Type interface [name] at the command prompt to enter interface mode.
Use the ip address command to assign an IP address and mask to an interface.
The syntax for this command is:
ip address <ip-address> <mask> [<admin-state>]
ip address
mask
admin-state
Example:
To assign the IP address 192.168.22.33 with mask 255.255.255.0 to the interface
"marketing":
Router-1(config-if:marketing)# ip address 192.168.22.33
255.255.255.0
