Operator Maintenance; Cleaning The Outside Of The Scanner - Böwe Bell + Howell truper 3200 Operator's Manual

To maintain the scanner's performance, clean the outside of the unit at least once per month using the
following procedure:

Press the power switch to the OFF position.

Clean the exit tray, the feeder and feeder tray, ADF cover and other surfaces with a soft cloth.

The insertion and exit slots of the ADF can become soiled with dirt, grime and paper dust. Clean
these areas at least once per month or more often if there is an accumulation dust.

Use a brush to remove dirt and dust from the exhaust fan vent on the back side of the unit near the
power cord connection and from the two vents on the left and right sides of the ADF assembly.
