Custom Papers
It is possible to set the width and the length of the Custom Paper and save
these set sizes.

Description
Clicking [Save] after entering a name to be saved allows the irregular
size set to be saved.
Set the width of the selected custom size in the list (132-324 mm).
Set the length of the selected custom size in the list for the current
tray (150-460 mm).
Select the units for setting [Width] and [Length].
When click this button, [Print Position Settings] dialog appears.
