Custom Size Settings
When [Custom Size Settings] is selected from the [Original Size] or the
[Output Size], [Custom Size Settings] dialog appears.

Description
Select from among 10 custom sizes of the paper.
Edit the name of the custom size in the list above.
Set the width of the selected custom size in the list (132-324 mm).
Set the length of the selected custom size in the list for the current
tray (150-460 mm).
Select the units for setting [Width] and [Length].
