• Pre-heat oven for 3 minutes when convection grilling flat pieces of meat or fish. Then
insert food to be grilled according to the table. Place a baking tray filled with 1-1.5 cm
water on level 1.

Steam will also escape when the door is opened

Defrosting

Oven function: Defrosting/Drying
• Unwrap the food and place it on a plate on the oven shelf.
• Do not cover with a plate or bowl, as these can substantially lengthen the defrosting
time.
• For defrosting, place the shelf in the 1st oven level from the bottom .
