Slide the shelf between the guide bars of the selected oven level. The high rim around the oven shelf is an ad- ditional device to prevent cookware from slipping off.

    Operating the oven Steam cooking functions The steam cooking functions must always be set in conjunction with the clock functions Cooking Time or End Time (see chapter Clock Functions Cooking Time / End Time Only water can be used as the liquid. A buzzing sound is heard when the water has been used up.

    Operating the oven single audible signal indicates when the cooking temperature of approx. 96°C is reached. A triple acoustic signal indicates the end of cooking time. 5.
