When the multiple CPU system is configured using Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU, Q02UCPU as the CPU No.1, only the
following CPU modules can be used as the CPUs No.2 and No.3.
• Motion CPU (Q172CPUN(-T), Q173CPUN(-T), Q172HCPU(-T), and Q173HCPU(-T))
• PC CPU module (PPC-CPU852(MS)-512)
• C Controller module
Note that the PC CPU module and C Controller module cannot be mounted together.

When the multiple CPU system is configured using the Universal model QCPU (except Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU,
Q02UCPU) as the CPU No.1, only the following CPU modules can be used as the CPUs No.2 to No.4.
• High Performance model QCPU
• Process CPU
• Universal model QCPU (except Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU, Q02UCPU)
• PC CPU module (PPC-CPU852(MS)-512)
• C Controller module
Note that the PC CPU module and C Controller module cannot be mounted together.
