When the multiple CPU system is configured using the Universal model QCPU (except Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU,
Q02UCPU) or the Process CPU as the CPU No.1, only the following modules can be used as the CPUs No.2 to CPU
No.4.
• High Performance model QCPU
• Process CPU
• Universal model QCPU (except Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU, Q02UCPU)

When duplicating power supply, use the redundant power supply base unit and the redundant power supply module.
For the power supply module mounted on the redundant power supply base unit, only the redundant power supply
module can be used.
