broadcaster). When scanning is complete, the Main Menu re-appears. One of the TV channels
detected will appear on the menu screen. When the scanning is complete, you will be
prompted to save the channels.
5. When prompted, press OK to save the channels and stations detected.
6. Press MENU to return to normal viewing.
Manual Searching
NOTE: Automatic searching (described above) is suitable in most cases. You might use
manual searching if you have deleted a channel and now want to access it again. In this
case, you would just search for that particular channel.
1. Press MENU on the remote control.
2. If necessary, press VOL
3. Press CH ▼or CH ▲ to highlight Manual Search and press OK.
The Manual Search screen appears. All the channels the SRT 5392 can detect are listed in the
Channels list.
4. Press CH ▼or CH ▲ to highlight a channel you want to search for and then press OK. Repeat
this for every channel you want to search for. A tick appears beside each channel you select.

To select all the channels listed, press VOL
press OK.

To deselect a selection, highlight it again and press OK. The tick beside it is deleted.

To deselect all selections, press VOL
5. To begin the search, press the red button on the remote control.
If the channel can be found, the details are shown on the screen and can be saved by
pressing OK.
6. Press MENU to return or EXIT to return to normal viewing.
Displaying the channel list
The channel list is a list of all the available channels.
