Clear a paper jam between the paper input section and the paper
positioning module
Introduction
This chapter describes how the key operator can clear a paper jam between the
paper input section and the paper positioning module. A sheet of paper can be
stuck between the paper input section and the paper positioning module. If you
can not remove the paper from the paper input section, open the Central
Process Group. When you open the Central Process Group, the paper can tear
into two parts. One part is in the paper input section. The other part is in the
paper positioning module.
The procedures A and B describe how you can clear a paper jam. The paper
jams can be the following.
The paper juts out from the paper input section.
The paper juts out from the paper positioning module.
