Clear the paper jams in the process paper
path

About the paper jams

Introduction
Paper jams can occur on different locations in the process paper path. The
process paper path is the hot part of the paper path. The process paper path
contains the Central Process Group. The Central Process Group contains the
following groups.
The paper input section
The paper positioning module
The preheater
The receiver unit
The postfuser
The paper output section.
There are two types of paper jams in the paper process paper path.
Paper jams that the key operator can clear
Paper jams that require a service call.
This chapter gives a detailed description of the paper jams that the key operator
can clear.
Note Attention Caution
Note:
Do not use sharp objects to remove the paper. Sharp objects can
damage the parts of the Central Process Group.
Attention:
the sheets of paper. If the glue reaches the process, the image drum can get
dirty. The key operator can not clean the image drum. If the image drum is
dirty, a service call is required.
Caution:
parts can be hot.
