6-28 Troubleshooting
When starting the system after performing the Low-Level Format, an error message
appears while expanding BIOS of SCSI controller (ISP12160) and the system cannot be
started.

If the following message appears, you need to perform the Low-Level Format again due to
reasons including interrupti
Referring to Chapter 4 "SYSTEM BIOS" in the separate volume of the User's Guide,
change the status of [Option ROM Scan Monitoring] to "Disabled" and perform the
Low-Level Format again.
Then, after performing the Low-Level Format, change the status of [Option ROM Scan
Monitorin
