4 Install the belt
Pullthe belt aroundthe idler pulley andtowardthe trolley.The ribbedside mustcontact t he
pulley.
Hookthetrolleyconnectorinto the retainingsloton thetrolley.(a)
Withthetrolleyagainstthe screwdriver, d ispensethe remainderofthe belt along the rail
towardthe motorunit aroundthe sprocket. T he sprocketteethmustengagethebelt. (b)
Thread the innernut andlockwasherontothetrolleythreadshaft(c). Checkto makesurethe
belt is nottwisted.
Insertthetrolleythreaded shaftthroughthehole inthe trolley.Be surethe belt is not
twisted.(c)
Looselythread theouter nutontothe trolleythreadedshaft.
Removethe screwd river.
