STEP 9 Connectthe door arm to the trolley (continued)
ONE-PIECE DOORS
IMPORTANT: T he grooveon the straightdoor arm MUSTfaceawayfromthecurved doorarm.
1. Closethedoor. Disconnect t hetrolleybypulling the emergencyreleasehandle.
2. Fastenthestraightdoor armand the curveddoor armtogetherto thelongestpossiblelength
(witha 2 or 3 hole overlap) usingthebolts,nuts,and lockwashers.
3. Attachthe straightdoor arm to thedoor bracketusingthe clevispin. Securewiththe ring
fastener.
4. Attachthe curveddoor armto the trolleyusingtheclevispin. Secure withthe ringfastener.
5. Pullthe emergencyreleasehandle towardthegarage door opener untilthetrolleyrelease
arm is horizontal.
