procedure to avoid risk of damage from intense vibrations.

Handling Precautions When Lifting the Printer
Carry the Printer with At Least Four People
Keep the Printer Level when Carrying
When moving the machine, do not tilt it more than 10
tilted excessively, the machine may fall over and cause
injuries.
About the Weight of the Printer
The rear side of DocuPrint C621 is heavier than
the front. Take note of the difference in weight
when you are transporting the printer.

Transporting the Printer
We recommend that you use a transportation company to transport the
printer.

The machine weighs 71.2 kg when the consumables and paper
trays are fully assembled.
When moving the printer, contact the transportation company
and make sure that there are four or more persons carrying it.

When lifting the machine, face the front panel and firmly grip
the recessed areas provided under the front, rear and left sides
of the machine. Lifting the machine by gripping any other areas
can cause to machine to fall and result in injuries.

knees to avoid possible injuries to your back.
