Installation of CCC Components
When all the PC configuration procedures (see page 14) have been performed,
commence CCC Application installation on the Server, then the Client PCs and finally
the optional PC wallboard application on the Agents PCs.
Note: Only install CCC Components on a Server PC that is operating either as a local
Server PC Installation
To install the required CCC applications on the Server PC, perform the following:-

machine or within a domain. Do not spread installation over both.
With Windows running, insert the Application CD into the CD Drive. Use the My
Computer facility to view the CD drive. Within the CCC Folder, find and double
click on Setup.exe.
Choose the appropriate setup language and click on OK.
The InstallShield Wizard will run. At the Welcome screen click on Next to continue.
The Select Components menu is displayed:
For installation of the MultiMedia Module, refer to the separate Installation Manual.
Choose, from the table below, the appropriate applications for your Server/Client
configuration (tick/un-tick as required). For Client application options, see page 30.

Note:
When CCV Alarm Reporter is
unticked, ensure that Call Centre
View is also unticked.
Notes: *
Report Client will be grayed out as it is part of Report Manager.

Install Report Manager when Report Designer function is required.
*** Install Report Client when only bespoke 'Reports' are to be used.
**** Workforce Management could be installed on a standalone Server or
on a Client PC (see page 30).
Report Manager & Report Viewer must be installed in the same
language.
