Cause An error occurred during an attempt to obtain or propagate security identity information.
Effect The call returns the file-system error number % nnn in errinfo.<8:15>. No process is created.
Recovery Refer to

parameter, the problem might be caused by a version mismatch between the NonStop operating
system and Standard Security. Correct your system configuration if this is the case; otherwise, the
problem is likely to be an internal error that should be reported to your service provider.
