Unit 3: Code Quick Reference
Font type. Specifies the 28W x 52L dot matrix font (including descenders).
a = 0: Disables auto-smoothing of font
1: Enables auto-smoothing if expansion is greater than 3
RARP. Specifies if RARP is disabled or enabled. When enabled, RARP will automatically
obtain IP address in start up.
a = 0: Disabled
1: Enabled
Calendar Increment. To add a value to the printer's current date and/or time. Does not
change the printer's internal time setting. The calendar feature is a purchase option and will
only be applicable to those printers so ordered.
a = Y: Years
M: Months
D: Days
h: Hours
bbb = Numeric data: Week (00-99), Years (1-9), Months (01-99), Days (001-
999), Hours (001-999).
Print Work Shift Information. Specifies the printing of work shift information (shift name,
start time, etc). Only applicable to the M8459/60/85/90Se printers.

2: Printer use start time
3: Shift name
Calendar Set. To set the time and date of the printer's internal clock.
