MPT Empty, Load Paper

The printer's front panel displays "MPT Empty, Load Paper", but the MPT has paper.
The MPT is securely attached to the printer and the guides are resting securely against
the both sides of the paper in the tray. Printer power has been cycled and the message
still appears.
