• Is paper of the specified grade used?
• No
• Yes Is the spring of the back-up roller normal?
• No
• Yes Is the contact of the fusing unit assy contacted with the contact assy properly?
• No
• Yes Replace the fusing unit assy.
• Has the trouble been removed?
• YES END
• No Replace the Main board or Power Supply Unit (High Voltage).
