• No
• Yes Is the bias spring normal? (Tension: 2.5 kg)
• No
• Yes Are the heater connector of the heat assy and the CN001 connector of the power
supply unit connected correctly.
• No
• Yes Replace the heat assy.
• Has this error been recovered?
• Yes
• No Replace the main control board or high-voltage power supply board.
Use the specified paper. (xerox 4200 (20 lbs))
Replace the bias spring.
Connect the connectors correctly.
