Make sure that no paper is present in the printer and that the Automatic Sheet Feeder loading
is selected via your printer operator panel (see "Configuring the Printer" section).
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Remove the printer cover by pushing down simultaneously the two buttons in the front part
of the cover and lifting it out.
