Environmental Requirements

Before installing your SMART Board 600i3 or SBD600i3 interactive whiteboard
system, review the following environmental requirements.
CAUTION
Do not operate this unit immediately after moving it from a cold location
to a warm location. When the unit is exposed to such a change in
temperature, moisture could condense on the lens and crucial internal parts.
Allow the system to stabilize to room temperature before operation to prevent
possible damage to the unit.
In a location over 6000' (1829 m) altitude, the air is thin and cooling efficiency
is reduced, so use the projector with the fan mode set to High.
Do not place the unit in hot locations, such as near heating equipment.
Doing so could cause a malfunction and shorten the life of the projector.
IMPORTANT
Using the UF55/UF55w projector system near a TV or radio could cause
interference to the images or sound. If this happens, move the TV or radio away
from the projector.
