How Fault Manager Displays Faults
Alarms Reports
Alarms reports display alarm data about faults on the PBX. They are specific to
the hardware layer currently displayed on your screen and provide the following
information for that layer:
What faults exist
Which hardware is affected
The Fault menu allows you to select a report that displays alarms for:
All the alarms for the hardware layer that is currently displayed
Only the alarms that are not specific to the hardware you are displaying
NOTE:
These reports show alarm data that is current at the time you request the
report. Fault Management does not update the data while the report
window remains open. To ensure that the data is up to date, close and then
re-open any open report window.
Double click on an icon for more information.
