The Fault Manager
The Notes panel accepts all characters except the pipe (I).
Click on Save to save your note.
If you edit your note, be sure to click on Save to save your changes.
How to Delete a Note
To delete a note:
1. Highlight the note and then backspace.
2. Click on Save.
Bulletin Board
The PBX bulletin board allows users to post messages for other users.
Technicians often use it to update network managers about their progress when
fixing problems on the PBX.
Fault Management provides a screen that allows you to view the contents of the
bulletin board.
How to Open the Bulletin Board
To open the bulletin board:
1. Display the Switch View.
2. Select Fault
