Backup-related errors
Error
Backup error No external device is detected when a backup is attempted.
(no external connection)
Backup error Free space of the destination medium in the external device is
(insufficient external media capacity) not enough to save the data.
Backup error No memory card is detected when backing up memory card is
(no card) attempted.

(connecting to PC) connected.
Backup error
A hexadecimal 8-digit error code appears below the message; "Backup canceled" when a backup error occurs.
The leftmost 2-digit shows an error code controlled by the printer firmware. See
by the 2-digit error code.
