1 Inspect the fuser.
Is there dirt, debris, or paper wrapped around
or on the fuser roller?
2 Try setting the front panel media type to the
next heaviest type of paper than that loaded in
the tray.

3 Perform the ATS 4-Sheet Calibration
procedure.
Did the calibration procedure pass?
4 Remove the covers on the Fuser and ensure
the thermistors are in contact with the upper
and lower rollers.
5 Use service diagnostics to run a test print and
monitor the Fuser temperature.
Is the temperature within it's optimal range?
