    Control Panel Features The Display The Control Panel's display performs two functions. • It informs you of printer status conditions, such as when toner is low, when a paper tray is empty, when a job is in process, and so on. For example, when you turn on the printer, you see the following message on the display: Ready...

    Control Panel Features The Keys The Control Panel keypad consists of eight keys, identified with international symbols and/or labeled in English. The keys are also numbered 0 - 7. (Control Panel overlays are available in some languages and are supplied with the printer where applicable.) Table 1.2 describes the function of each key.
