Wrap the bottom case with a piece of cloth, and fix it
to the vise.
Apply screw locking agent to the socket bolt thread,
and assemble the socket bolt to the seat pipe.
TORQUE : 2.0 kgf m (20 N m)
When a vise is used to hole the bottom case, do
not insert the case itself but insert the bracket.
Apply ATF(Automatic Transmission Filuid) to a new
oil seal.
Assemble the oil seal to the bottom case.
Install the oil seal with special tools until the
attachment groove of thebottom case set ring is
exposed.
TOOLS : OIL SEAL DRIVER
OIL SEAL DRIVER BODY
Install the oil seal stopper ring.
Install the oil seal stopper ring into the bottom case
correctly.
Install the dust seal.
