CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY

Install the dowel pins and a new gasket.
Install the LH. crank case.
Make sure that there is no gap between the
mating surfaces of the right and left crankcase.
Tighten the LH. crankcase bolts in a crisscross
pattern in 2-3 steps.
TORQUE : 1.1kgf m(11N m)
After replacing the o-ring of the gear change
switch to a new one, coat the new o-ring with
engine oil, then install the switch pin into the
groove of the shift drum.
Tighten the 4pcs of RH. crankcase bolt.
TORQUE : 1.1kgf m(11N m)
