still add it by clicking the Add Manually button and enter the MAC address found on
the bottom of the device. If you manually add your device however, you must also
configure the device to connect to the iDigi Connectivity Server. See "Manually
configure a Digi device to connect to the iDigi Platform" on page 135.
Wait a few moments and click the Refresh button to ensure that your device status is now

Connected.
4 Select your device and double-click it, or right-click and select Properties.
5 Your device information will load into the iDigi Device Manager.
