Printing an Addressbook

When printing either labels or
envelopes, you must choose
either "Current record – Address
only" or ""All records – Addresses
only" in order to print correctly .
When you print with Addressbook, you print just the information in your
Addressbook, not the card design that appears in the window.
Addressbook allows you to print the information that is currently
displayed on screen as a card, a list of either addresses and phone
numbers, or just phone numbers.
" To print with Addressbook:
1. Open the Addressbook you want to print.
OR
Flip to the card you want to print.
2. Choose Print from the File menu. The following dialog box appears:
3. Fill the Printer Options and Document Options sections in the dialog
box.
4. Fill the Addressbook Options in the dialog box, using the options you
want:
S
Current record. This option prints the information displayed on
screen.
S
Current record - Address only. This option prints the address
that is currently displayed on screen for labels and envelopes.
S
All records Addresses and phone numbers. This option prints
a list of the index fields, addresses, and phone numbers from all
cards in your addressbook.
S
All records Addresses only. This option prints the addresses
from all cards in your addressbook for labels and envelopes.
