Sender Information
CAUTION:
United States law requires
that the time and date of
sending, your name or
company or organization
name, and the your phone
or fax number appear on
at least the first page of
any fax sent in the United
States. Therefore, fill in
the Sender Information
dialog box.

Attach Cover Page. Click here to include a cover page with your
fax.

To. Enter a name up to 50 characters. If you choose a name from
Addressbook, that name appears here.

From. Click on Sender Information to enter your name. See
below for information on Sender Information.

Subject. Describe the subject of your fax. Enter up to 50
characters.

Message. Enter up to 500 characters. The Message appears on the
cover page.

OK. Applies changes.

Clear. Clears what you enter in To, Subject, and Message.
If you already have the Sender Information on diskette, insert the diskette.
Click on Sender Information, and the following dialog box appears:
If you have the information on diskette, click on Load. The sender
information appears on the screen above.
The first time you want your name, company, and fax number on the
cover page and in the fax (Sender Information), you must enter the
information into the dialog box. Enter the information below. The
information is saved on diskette when you send a fax.
From. Enter your name up to 50 characters. Your name appears on the
cover page, if one is attached.
Company. Enter the name of your company up to 50 characters. Your
company appears on the cover page, if one is attached.
Voice Phone and Fax Phone. Enter your phone number and fax number
up to 20 characters each. Your phone number and fax number appear on
the cover page. In addition, your fax number appears on the top of every
page of the fax unless you leave it blank, in which case, your phone
number appears instead. If both are blank, no number appears.
