Opening Calendar Documents

Planner 282
In File Manager, a Planner document appears as an icon like the example
at the left. You can choose which calendar you want to work with by
opening its icon. You can also open a document from within Planner.
" To open a Planner document using its icon:
1. Locate the icon of the Planner document you wish to open.
2. Double-click on the document icon. Planner starts and opens that
document.
" To open a Planner document from within Planner:
1. Choose Close from the File menu. If you have unsaved changes in the
current calendar, you are asked if you wish to save or discard them. The
New/Open dialog box appears.
2. Select the Planner document you wish to open and double-click on it or
click on Open. The document opens and you are returned to Planner.
