2. Type text in the box. If you make a mistake, press
as many characters as necessary and then type the correct text.
" To change a value in a value selector:
Click on the up arrow button to move to the next item or increase the
value. (Click the down arrow button to move to the previous item or
decrease the value.)
OR
If the insertion point is blinking in the value selector, type the
appropriate value in the box. If the insertion point is not in the box,
move the pointer to it and click. Then, type the appropriate value. (If
you make a mistake, press

" To select an item from a scrolling list:
Click on the item you want to select. The selected item is highlighted.
If the list contains more items than can fit in the window, click the
scroll arrow buttons to display other portions of the list, then make
your selection.
" To open or close a folder from a scrolling list:
Double-click on the folder. If it is closed, it will open and the names of
the files or folders within it will appear below its name. If it is open, it
will close.
" To select an item from a drop-down list:
1. Click on the drop down list button. The list drops down so that you can
make a different selection.
2. Select the item you want from the list. The item is selected, and the
drop down list closes.
" To initiate an action by clicking buttons:
S Apply. Applies the current settings but leaves the dialog box open so
you can continue to adjust the settings.
S Close. Closes the dialog box. (The current settings are applied only if
you have previously used the Apply button.)
S Reset. Resets the box to its original settings, undoing any changes you
have made.
S OK. Applies the current settings and closes the dialog box.
S Cancel. Closes the dialog box without applying your changes.
S Stop. Ends the task in progress at the next possible stopping place.
